Why Do We Do It?
One area of the market we observed not working effectively was that of matching NED, Chair and Advisor vacancies with people who had the skills, knowledge, experience and interest in such positions. Often, we spoke to talented senior executives and entrepreneurs who didn’t know how to find such a role. Equally often, we spoke to investors and executives who were frustrated by the lack of choice when seeking to develop their board. As we already had an extensive network across both groups, we created a NED, Chair & Advisor database to catalyse the growth and success of companies in our industry and support continued success of more established businesses.
