Following a significant financing round in 2025 they have entered into first-in-human clinical development, and the company is now in a critical growth phase. With a highly experienced leadership team and a differentiated scientific strategy, the business is positioned to become a leading player in its field.

The Clinical Trial Manager will influence and be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of one or more global clinical studies in oncology. You will oversee CROs and external vendors and coordinate their cross-functional partners, e.g. clinical, medical, regulatory, supply, and central laboratories, to ensure timelines are met while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance. As in any lean organisation, you will be expected to influence outcomes through expertise and collaboration rather than hierarchical authority.

The role demands an experienced Clinical Trial Manager who has ideally worked in a small or mid-size biotech where autonomy and adaptability are essential. The role requires demonstrated expertise in oncology and global Ph I/II trials and solid working knowledge of ICH-GCP and the clinical trial regulatory framework (EU CTR, FDA). Familiarity with IND/CTA submissions and inspection readiness would be most helpful. Extensive experience of managing CROs and external vendors is essential as is experience across an entire study lifecycle.

The ability to work in English is essential and French would be a great advantage
