Our client is a well-funded French Biotech whose first ADC in cancer will enter FIH trials in January 2026.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer the Chief Regulatory & Quality Officer will supervise and execute the company’s regulatory strategies and operations through the entire life cycle of products, from early development to commercialization, as well as to define, implement and maintain the Quality policy of the Company.

The candidate will be an experienced Regulatory and Quality professional with international expertise to lead and oversee all quality and regulatory activities for early-phase oncology clinical trials, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. Good knowledge and understanding of local, European and international regulations, standards and guidelines applicable to the development and commercialization of drugs is essential. Experience of Quality Assurance and/or Regulatory Affairs is sought ideally in the  biotechnology sector, and ideally in Oncology. Significant experience of Regulatory & Quality initiatives in drug development from preclinical to FIH and Phase II is required.
