Our client is a well-funded French/Dutch Biotech whose first ADC in cancer will enter the clinic in January 2026.

The Director Clinical Operations will report to the Vice President Clinical Development and is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of one or more clinical trials across trial start-up, execution, and close-out.

The role includes direct management of external partners such as CROs and specialized vendors. The Director Clinical Operations will play a key role in developing a clinical operations team. The position is remote and ideally based in The Netherlands, although other locations in EU or UK are possible, with occasional travel for meetings and trial-related activities.

The candidate will be an experienced Clinical Operations professional with global expertise in the development of drugs for use in oncology. Experience with FIH and Phase 2 trials in oncology or rare disease is required and proven experience managing CROs and external vendors. A strong understanding of clinical trial methodologies and cross-functional collaboration is essential as is deep knowledge of GCP and regulatory compliance for global trials.
