Introducing A Unique Service
We often spoke to investors and executives who were frustrated by the lack of choice when seeking a NED, Chair or Advisor so we started a service to match such vacancies with those who had the skills, knowledge, experience and interest in such positions. Today our service provides access to over 1,500 highly experienced NEDs, Chairs, Advisors, Senior Executives, recently retired industry leaders and entrepreneurs that seek such positions.
As part of our commitment to support the industries we serve, we provide access to our database for free to early-stage companies. For more established organisations, we charge a small, fixed fee to contribute towards the running costs of the service – still only a small fraction of the fees most recruiters charge for similar services.
How It Works
We work with you to understand the requirements of your role and help you develop a detailed job brief to describe the opportunity for potential candidates. We promote this to our network on your behalf. We send you details of candidates who express an interest. Should you require additional resource we can help with prequalifying, shortlisting, interviewing and candidate negotiations for a small, fixed fee.
