Our Client Is a global software company that provides a cloud-based ecosystem specifically designed to enable hospitals to securely and compliantly apply the benefits of AI applications and data insights to surgical care.

The CTO will report to the CEO and will be responsible for establishing technical vision and will play an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, product development and future growth. This includes envisioning the service offerings, leading the design and implementation of the company’s applications, aligning the business strategy & technical design aspirations and planning for risk and growth.

Greater than the exact technology background is the ability to deliver strategic engagement, leadership, people development, project management and confidence in internal/external communication. Working closely with the CCO the role holder will ensure future platform development is done with the appropriate level of customer engagement that will help deliver the value proposition that will allow the solutions to achieve a higher market impact & price point for the next level external commercialization

A technical background; ideally some understanding of software engineering: languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends. SaaS/ AI/implementing security standards such as ISO27001  are helpful. Key is delivering the user experience and knowing how to partner with Commercial to create a combined translation of commercial proposition and technical possibilities into a tech roadmap for revenue growth.
