Our client is a trailblazing, French-based biotechnology company pioneering the development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) to address high unmet medical needs, particularly in oncology. As the company continues to grow, they seek an experienced Upstream Specialist Project Manager to join their dynamic CMC team and play a pivotal role in advancing key development programs.

The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in chemistry or a related field, together with a strong understanding of molecular science and analytical chemistry. With proven experience managing CMC projects, particularly in upstream processing for biologics, preferably with mammalian cell culture and mAb experience, fluency in English is a requirement (French is a plus). Previous experience working with ADC would be an advantage.
