DoubleWing Health & Beauty (DWHAB) Ltd. is a UK-registered company with a wholly-owned Chinese subsidiary based in Shanghai. It was founded to serve as a tech-enabled platform to market and distribute European personal care and cosmetic products in the £80 billion Chinese and South East Asian markets.
The Company is launching this business as the exclusive Chinese partner of the Italian coloured cosmetic market leader. It is also in the process of opening e-shops for its cosmetic and skincare brands on all major cross-border platforms.
DWHAB plans to expand its board, which currently consists of its two co-founders and CFO, with two non-executives. For one of the NED slots, it is looking for a director with considerable experience in the marketing of cosmetic and personal products and an extensive network within the European supplier community. Access to investment capital providers is a plus.
The Company’s NED’s will serve a three year term (renewable) during which they will be expected to attend at least six board meetings per year and provide up to an additional 10 days per year on Company business. They will receive a board salary of £20,000 per year and an allotment of share options equivalent to 3% of the Company’s common equity which will vest on a pro-rata annual basis.
